Team Access

Invite staff to help manage feedback and changelog entries on your portal.

Team plan only.

Team access lets you invite staff members to moderate your portal without giving them full account access.

Roles

RoleWhat they can do
AdminFull control - manage settings, moderate feedback, publish changelog entries
ModeratorTriage and respond to feedback posts, draft changelog entries

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Open your portal settings
  2. Go to the Team tab
  3. Enter their email and choose a role
  4. They receive an invite link to join

Removing Access

Go to Portal Settings > Team at any time to change a member's role or remove their access. Changes take effect immediately.
