How to Create a Roadmap
Turn ideas from your mindmap into a structured roadmap.
1. Create from the Dashboard
Click "New Roadmap" in the left sidebar. Give it a name and your roadmap opens straight away.
2. Open the Mindmap
Switch to Mindmap view using the toggle in the toolbar. This is where ideas start.
Double-click anywhere on the canvas to create a new node. Add as many idea nodes as you like - nest them as sub-ideas by dragging onto a parent node.
3. Add Nodes to the Roadmap
When an idea is ready to become a roadmap item, right-click the node and choose "Add to Roadmap". The node is now linked to a roadmap item and will appear in the Roadmap view.
You can also use "Add as sub-item" to nest it under an existing roadmap item.
4. Set a Status
Every item has a status you can update at any time.

| Planned | Not started yet |
| In Progress | Actively being worked on |
| Done | Completed |
| Cancelled | No longer planned |
5. Set a Priority
Priorities run from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest).

| High | 4 |
| Medium | 3 |
| Low | 1-2 |
6. Switch to Roadmap View
Use the toolbar toggle to switch to Roadmap view. Your promoted nodes appear as structured blocks with timelines, statuses, and sub-items.
